Whole Beef

For our serious beef eaters, the whole beef is for you! The whole beef is approximately 450-500 pounds of consumable beef. You are the boss of this beef and all cuts are yours. A whole beef will require a chest freezer for stroage. The cost of the beef is determined by the rail weight of beef and will be determined when the beef goes to butcher. Currently,  beef shares are calculated at $2.95 hanging wt.  The $200.00 is a deposit required to secure your whole beef. We will be in touch with you via email regarding your date and final payment. Processing is paid to the butcher shop at the time of pick up. 
 
You will not submit any payment through this website for the deposit, we will send you directions in an email soon after purchase.
