About Us


We are the Dames Family, six of us to be exact, Al, Katie, Olivia, Brylee, Ty & Wyatt. We raise, feed and grain finish Angus cattle at our farm just south of Palmyra Missouri. We started selling our beef out of the farm deep freezer in 2016 by the request of friends and family. Since then, we've worked with local butchers to perfect our dry aged product, private label and cryovac packaging for freshness. We believe you can draw a customer  in by telling them how it's different, but you keep a customer by showing them quality and taste.  Turns out we've  acquired some great local customers that keep coming back for more! We love it when our community gets to experience locally grown beef.
