Quarter Beef

The quarter beef share is apporxiamtly 100-150 pounds of beef. Our quarters are a mix of ground beef, roasts, steaks, and other cuts typical of a quarter beef. There’s no hind quarter or front quarter – this is a mixed quarter, taking cuts from all over the animal in the same proportion as a half beef. The cost of the beef is determined by the rail weight of your quarter and will be determined when the beef goes to butcher. The $200.00 is a deposit required to secure your quarter. Currently,  beef shares are calculated at $2.95 hanging wt. We will be in touch with you via email regarding your date and final payment. Processing is paid to the butcher shop at the time of pick up.
