Half Beef Share

The half beef share is apporxiamtly 200-250 pounds of consumable beef. Our halves are a mix of ground beef, roasts, steaks, brisket and other cuts typical of a half of beef.  The cost of the beef is determined by the rail weight of your half and will be determined when the beef goes to butcher. The $200.00 is a deposit required to secure your half beef. Currently, beef shares are calculated at $3.00 hanging wt. We will be in touch with you via email regarding your date and final payment amount. Processing is paid to the butcher shop at the time of pick up.
